"Jesus said to the disciples: Who do you say that I am?
Simon Peter answered and said:

You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
                                 Mt 16, 15

For me: who is Jesus?
Is He the center of my life? Blessed am I if He is.
Do I know Him, do I trust in Him?
Do my life show the mercy, the compassion of Jesus?

O Jesus, help me to put my trust in you,
I am weak, I need you : show me how to be compassionate.
Teach me to do good, not to do evil.
Thank you Jesus to be with me.

Have mercy

Have mercy upon me, O God,
according to your lovingkindness;
according to the multitude of your tender mercies,
 blot out my transgressions.

Wash me from my iniquity.
I have done what is evil.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Deliver me, O God, the God of my salvation.

                                                                Psalm 51

Loving Father

God knows well what we need,
and that all that He does is for our good.
If we realized how much He loves us
we should be ready to receive from Him
either the sweet or the bitter with indifference.

God is a loving Father.

                                                       Br. Lawrence

Your righteousness, O God, is very high.

You, who have done great things;

O God, who is like you?

I will praise your faithfulness.

You are my hope, you are my trust.

Psalm 71

Think often of God,

by day, by night,

whatever you are doing,

in you duties, even in your amusements.

 He is always near you

and with you,

 do not neglect Him.

 (Brother Lawrence)

Be on watch, be alert for you do not know when the time will come.

It will be like a man who goes away from home on a trip and leaves his servants in charge, after giving to each one his own work to do and after telling the the doorkeeper to keep watch.
Watch, then, because you do not know when the master of the house is coming.
If he comes suddenly, he must not find you asleep.

Bible, Mark 13, 33

The Lord is coming

Prepare the way!

For your sake, God become man.

Never would you have been freed from sinful flesh, had he not taken on himself the likeness of sinful flesh.

Let us joyfully celebrate the coming of our salvation and redemption.

Awake, mankind!

(St Augustine)
